J. BRIAN McKENDRY - President
J. Brian McKendry is president of JMI Reports, and has guided the company since1988 with his father, James McKendry. Currently he oversees overall company growth and direction as well as financial and technology aspects of JMI Reports.
TIM McKENDRY - Vice President, Marketing/Product Development
Tim McKendry joined Brian and his father is 1994, and soon after began expanding JMI’s services into Ohio’s neighboring states of Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan. He has overseen the continuous growth of this service footprint, currently at 19 states. Primary responsibilities now involve customer relations, marketing and business development.
DAVID McKENDRY - Vice President, Quality Control
David McKendry joined his brothers in the company in 1997, and immediately began implementing a strong quality control system. He now oversees all of the company inspection quality control and manages the Quality Assurance team.
NATHAN CLARK - Director of Field Operations
Nathan joined JMI Reports in 2009, at a crucial juncture in which the company seized on numerous opportunities for growth. Under his leadership, JMI restructured our field operations and JMI now enjoys one of the best turn times in the industry. Nathan currently oversees all areas of inspection completion, field management and the Professional Development Dept.
DARCY VERLINGER - Client Services Representative
Darcy began as an inspector with JMI in 2006 and quickly became one of the best and most dependable inspectors in Michigan. In 2010 she was promoted to the position of Client Services Representative and immediately made a very favorable impression with numerous clients as their main point of contact in regards to any customer needs or issues. She is currently the primary liaison between our Clients and our Field Inspection Staff.
RANDY McCAFFERTY (IL, OH, PA)
Randy became JMI Reports first Field Supervisor in 2010, after having worked with JMI for close to 6 years as a very loyal and dependable inspector in the field. He currently manages the inspectors within the states of Illinois (where he resides), Ohio and Pennsylvania.
SUSAN ALLEN (TN, SC, GA, FL, AL)
Susan also was promoted to Field Supervisor in 2010 after serving the company as a very loyal and dependable field inspector for close to 8 years. She currently manages the inspectors in the states of Tennessee (where she resides), South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
CLIFF VAN HOUTEN (MI)
Cliff was promoted to Field Supervisor in 2010, after having been a very loyal and dependable inspector for JMI for 4 years. He currently manages the inspectors throughout the state of Michigan, where he resides.
DON ROGERS (IN, KY, NC, VA, SW Michigan)
Don is the newest member of the JMI Team, and comes to us with over 20 years of successful field management experience. Don resides in Louisville, KY and will manage inspectors throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Southwest Michigan, Virginia and North Carolina.
DAVID GRAMS (WI, MN, IA, NE, KS, MO)
Dave is our newest member of the team, after being hired in the Spring of 2011. He comes to us with a very wide range of field management experience, as well as field inspector experience of close to 20 years. He currently manages the states of Minnesota (where he resides), Wisconsin, Iowa, as well as JMI’s newest states of Missouri, Nebraska and Kansas.
DIANE PORVASNIK - Personal Lines Quality Assurance Supervisor
Diane has been one of JMI Reports oldest and most experienced quality assurance specialists, after having started with the company back in 1999. She currently oversees most of the general personal lines quality assurance reviews.
BEVERLY KOLTHOFF - Commercial Lines Quality Assurance Supervisor
Bev has been a long time employee and an invaluable asset to JMI Reports in the quality assurance review of Commercial inspections since she joined the company in 2001. She currently oversees all of the Commercial quality assurance specialists.
KATY VENTURA - High-Value Quality Assurance Supervisor
Katy has been one of JMI Reports oldest and most experienced quality assurance specialists, joining the company in 1999. She soon became acclimated to the High-Value inspection review and her experience with that business has been invaluable to our clients. She currently oversees all of the HVD/MVD quality assurance specialists.
BRIAN MUSSER - Farm/Agribusiness Quality Assurance Supervisor
Brian is the newest member to the JMI Team, and brings with him a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in the Farm/Agribusiness area. Brian is spearheading the development of a premier inspection program for large agribusiness risks (confinement and other various types of farm operations) and will oversee the specialized field inspectors as well as farm quality assurance.
