Our History
JMI Reports began as a one-man operation in 1987, started by James McKendry. He had five field reps, and only one main carrier client, working primarily in Northeast Ohio
From those humble beginnings, and taking what we learned from our 30+ years in the survey business, JMI Reports has grown into one of the most respected risk assessment companies in the industry, offering nationwide coverage. We provide a wide variety of field survey services. This includes photo only, occupancy-check, ITV, and residential to commercial, farm, and high-value insurance reports. And we continue to grow both in size and scope of services, while still maintaining the same “family business” mentality.
The key to our growth and success has always been our focus on quality, turn-around time, a personalized high-level of service, and on the relationships that we build with each and every client.
