Steve Harris Shares Business Insights with Kent State Students

Steve Harris, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for JMI Reports recently posed this question to Kent State University students.
Along with two other experts, Steve spoke to about 150 business and HR students about emerging trends, speaking from “the perspective of the business leader” as it pertains to hot topics. Utilizing examples from his own history as a business consultant and current role at JMI Reports, he challenged students to think about how companies should utilize a fixed amount of money allocated for benefits to get the best possible employees, and motivate and engage them in the best way.
All panelists painted a strong thread that helped students think about their own launch into the real world. Although Steve would say the extra credit points most of them received probably didn’t hurt either, we like to think they connected with Steve’s wit and wisdom.
